Property and Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation rescheduling will be subject to the availability. Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) per person, per night basis.

For individual bookings: To confirm a reservation the resort requests a 50% deposit payment (non-refundable) to guarantee your stay. If a guest wishes to cancel a reservation, the resort does not issue a refund for this (50% deposit requested), however, the resort agrees to offer a change of date within 6 months after the cancellation date and subject to availability. The charge for the confirmation deposit cannot be used for consumer credit, excursions, and any other type of extras, only for lodging.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time is from 02:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 06:00 pm hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the Day.
  • Late check-out after 06:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the Day.

Terms and Conditions

  • Incidentals/restaurant collected throughout stay or at check out. If same day booking/stay collected at check-in.
  • Traveling with Minors: Adults only. All resort guests must be 18 years or older.
  • The maximum occupancy per room is 2 people.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Accessibility or Special Needs: Please contact resort prior to booking.
  • Resort Events: Depending on the event, preferred pricing, or no cost for resort guests.
  • Use of Personal information: For internal use only. Resort may reach out and request permission to repost photos tagged in on social media.
  • Dispute Resolution/Problems: Please contact resort.

Taxes

  • Sales tax on everything 15%
  • Tourism tax on bookings and dive center activities 4%
  • Alcohol tax 18%
  • Credit Card Fee 5% (on-site payments only)

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included. If you wish to leave a gratuity, you can do so individually (we wouldn’t mind if you recognized any one of our star performers!), or you can leave a chosen amount to be divided between the staff that served you.
