This week we're sitting down with Josh White as he offers a glimpse of what to expect from the newly renovated resort. Every single thing that we source comes from a very intent, specific thought out place. Concerning the fish; we get fish from local fishermen in the area every day. Our deep sea fishing, we get these amazing Wahoo, Mahi Mahi. We consulted a local rancher, which is a hero in and of itself. We're going to have an interview with him here soon so he could talk about his amazing stuff that he does. And there's a massive beer garden out front.
Concerning the beer, we do roughly eight to ten different types of beer. Light beers, dark beers, Radlers, Shandies. When I talk about the brewery, it's hard to not talk about the fresh bread that we make. We're doing really good sourdoughs, dinner breads, some amazing soft pretzels.
When I'm talking about the distillery we're doing the gin, the vodka, the tequila, the rum, the bourbon. We've got fresh agave growing on the property. This is where we get the tequila from. You're talking about a five times distilled spirit.
We've consulted with some of the world's best sommeliers. We are having a combination of old world wines, new world wines. We're making sure all of our pairings are on point and we know what we're doing.
We've got our local chefs here, which are phenomenal chefs. They have experience in some of the best restaurants in the world. From Dubai, L.A., New York, Chicago. We have some phenomenal talent in our kitchens.
The consulting chefs that come through the resort, this is something that is near and dear to my heart. We have connections and relationships with some of the most amazing chefs in the world. And we're working to develop more to get more to come down so they can come down for a week or even a month and do a specific tasting menu that they created on their own. Michelin star chefs, James Beard award-winning chefs, amazing chefs.
On the property, we've got several different dining options. We've got the main house restaurant, which is a little bit more high-end. It's a little bit more of the sit down, more composed dishes. You've got the seabird dock grill. This is an awesome spot to get some food. Right when you come back from a dive, you get off that boat and you start smelling some amazing smoked wings, fish, tacos, burgers, the amazing burgers that we do start smelling that stuff on the grill right when you get off the boat. Everybody when you get off the boat and you're a diver, you're hungry. The beer garden is a really cool outdoor, unique dining experience. And then we also have this really cool treetop grill- it sits at one of the higher points of the property.
